Enquiry privacy

When you submit an enquiry, Lippetaal stores your name, business, area, contact details, chosen venue and any message you provide. We use this information to respond, discuss your requirements and manage follow-ups.

Where your enquiry goes

Enquiries are saved in a private inbox restricted to the site owner. When email notifications are connected, the enquiry details are also sent to Charlene’s enquiry email address. The hosting and email services process information needed to deliver these functions.

Measuring enquiries

If you arrive from a campaign link, we may store its source and campaign label with your enquiry. This helps us understand which campaigns lead to enquiries and bookings. This website does not use advertising trackers.

Spam prevention

We store a daily hash derived from your connection’s IP address to limit repeated submissions. The original IP address is not stored in the enquiry record.

WhatsApp and email links

Choosing a WhatsApp or email link opens that service. Information you send there is also handled under the service’s own privacy terms.
